“Working with Terance was a dream. He is thoughtful, supportive, inquisitive, conscientious and always eager to improve. As his role sponsor (manager), I had the pleasure of observing him facilitate several times, and I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone engage the audience like Terance does. His workshops are truly co-created where is both an expert and a guide, and the audience is excited to be involved every step of the way. In our one-on-ones, Terance always came prepared with insights and questions, and, during coaching sessions, taught me just as much as I coached him. I'd love to work with Terance in the future and could not recommend him more highly.”

What are the best ways to prioritize tasks in your time blocking schedule?
Drawing upon the works of Stephen R. Covey, Brian Tracy, and Cal Newport, a Most Important Task (MIT) is a critical task that will create the most significant results. Take a look at your to-do list to select two or three MITs that will create the most impact and use them as your measure of success for that day. Any additional tasks completed are a bonus! This qualitative descriptive study explored religious leaders and mental health providers' perceptions and how they describe collaborating to assist clients/faith-community members seeking mental health treatment for emotional well-being. The overarching research question that guided this study was, ‘How do religious leaders and mental health providers describe collaborating to assist clients/faith-community members seeking mental health treatment for emotional well-being? A purposive sample consisting of 10 Protestant religious leaders and ten mental health providers in Atlanta, Georgia. This researcher utilized a demographic questionnaire and semi-structured interviews as data collection
tools. The researcher conducted ten semi-structured interviews with religious leaders and ten semi-structured interviews with mental health providers. This research study utilized Bronstein’s two part-model of interdisciplinary collaboration as a framework to contextualize the results in the data analysis. A thematic analysis produced six themes to answer the overarching research question. This study revealed that both religious leaders and mental health providers perceive a need for collaboration between religious leaders and mental health providers. However, the definition of collaboration and the perception of the collaborative process differed based on factors such as spiritual involvement, mental
health involvement, education and training, experience, and beliefs regarding collaboration. Future research should continue exploring collaboration between religious leaders and mental health providers.
