MSPs for contingent workforce management, is your supplier NPS (net promoter score) a value add for your client? As we delve into pumpkin spice and football season, scorecard season for many MSPs is around the corner and it's crucial to consider additional decision criteria beyond the typical data points when evaluating or adding to your supply base. While most will double click on metrics like # of starts, % of responses, and successful finishes (essential), evaluating suppliers based on their NPS can offer additional valuable insights. A supplier's NPS reflects customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. It showcases their proactive approach to feedback, continuous improvement, and creating a supportive environment for clients. Remember, the employee and client experience contribute towards the success of your client's business objectives, budget and pulse of their workforce. Partner reliability, compliance, and risk mitigation are vital for providing quality service and lowering costs.
