You're juggling multiple challenging tasks at once. How can you build resilience under stress?
For 12 weeks I have been displaced following my home flooding from Hurricane Helene. While this occurred, the tasks of leadership do not stop. In a situation like this how do you build resilience under stress & handle multiple tasks? Here are my top 5.. 1) Exercise every morning. Clear your mind and build energy with exercise. 2) Build a Reminder List. Not a to do list. Prioritize things from hardest to easiest. Start with the hardest. 3) Find a space where you can see nature & use brain.fm to escape anywhere. 4) Build routines and be relentless (not superstitious) about them. 5) Put your oxygen mask on first. Take care of you! Learn more...https://www.linkedin.com/build-relation/newsletter-follow?entityUrn=7091121064029638656

How can you make the most of your lunch break to improve productivity?
What you want to do for lunch starts the week before. Be intentional about how you spend lunches and plan them out. Is it a meeting day where you will be running from one thing to the next (this is Tuesday for me)? Is it a strategy reflection day where you will be deeper in thought? Is it a connect day with the team? On your own use a prepared meal service like Fitlife Foods so you are prepared and do not get caught in a trap meal. People in fast food lines at lunch hours or waiting in line are wasting their time and their health. Be in front of it.

How can you make the most of your lunch break to improve productivity?
This is where I love routine. When you eat a meal from a place like Fitlife Foods, the whole process takes 10-15 min, which can then leave 10-15 min for a walk. If you can listen to an audio book for just 10 min you moved, are healthy and took in some education. If you do that just 2 days a week (start small), you will have walked an extra 65 miles a year and listened to 18 hours worth of audio content.

How can you make the most of your lunch break to improve productivity?
The most important thing you can do is prepare, eat something you enjoy AND something that is healthy. This is where you want to turn to a service like Fitlife Foods. They make the best prepared meals that are both delicious and balanced with the right macros, sodium and flavor. Avoiding the 2 and 3PM crash is directly related to the sugar you bring in at 12.

With so many people posting about what type of plane they use (private) or where they sit on a plane (first class) I felt compelled to do the same.
