SWR has successfully defended class action matters in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. Our attorneys understand the critical junctures in these cases and employ strategies to defeat class certification or otherwise dispose of claims at the outset. We use targeted discovery to highlight when a putative class does not meet the criteria for class certification.
