What do you do if communication breaks down with team members post-telecom project failure?
An open and candid dialogue is important to do the root cause analysis, post-mortem, process improvement, and understanding the why, how, where, and when in the process or system that the failure occurred. In this what I like to refer to as the troubleshooting phase, it's good to have a non-retaliatory or punitive communication process so that all team members can communicate openly and freely about the failure. This will help expedite the identification of the root cause, and enable the process to start planning the recovery. Team collaboration, and open communication where all team members help to encourage and raise the skill levels of the other team members can raise overall performance.

What do you do if communication breaks down with team members post-telecom project failure?
Understanding the impact is essential in identifying the risk and overall financial loss that the impact represents to the businesses and it's stakeholders. Once this magnitude is understood you can use this information to help set the priority level and resource allocations to address it in the remediation or recovery phase.

Break the vicious cycle of child abuse, by speaking up for abused children who can get lost in the system and guide them into safe environments where they can thrive. Appointed by a judge to represent the best interests of a child or sibling group in foster care. Serve as the judge’s eyes and ears while the children are in custody, ensuring their unique needs are met until they can safely return home or are permanently placed with a loving relative or adoptive family. Studies show children served by an advocate volunteer are better able to work with others and to control deviant behavior than children without an advocate. Also, more parents of these children complete counseling services, psychiatric evaluations and drug and alcohol counseling than those without an advocate. Helping these children so they can stop the cycle and later become productive adults and loving parents.
