Scope: Personal and professional development through civic involvement for men and women ages 21-40.

Community Impact: Thousands of children and families reached, thousands of dollars raised for local charities, hundreds of outstanding young professionals honored, thousands of hours organizing and staffing events benefiting the Santa Monica community, thousands of hours spent volunteering with local organizations supporting communities ranging from senior citizens to local business to disaster relief to cancer research – and everything in between. Individual Impact: “On-the-Job” Leadership and Project Management Training through participation in committees & projects, doing good in the community, building lasting friendships and business networking & relationships, personal growth through speakers and trainings on various topics. Simply put, we are young people, ages 21 through 40, who have come together for a common purpose: creating positive change in our community and in ourselves while having a great time.
