Nonprofit leadership requires having many different types of feedback conversations. Whether it's with staff, clients, vendors, or board members, giving and receiving feedback can be challenging. This October, in partnership with Impact Foundry, Beth Wonson will be facilitating her "Mastering Feedback" workshop for the first time in Sacramento. Using NCD (Navigating Challenging Dialogue) has helped hundreds of individuals and organizations to clearly communicate in ways that create connections, build bridges, and get results. This “Mastering Feedback” workshop is for any leader looking to improve their skills in giving and receiving feedback so that it’s genuinely actionable.
