Speak, Brother 🙏🏾 Here are my takeaways: —Disrupting an industry —Focused on monetization, not exposure. Exposure is nice, but the true power is economic participation. —Master class on economics. Hello. —Focused on service, value and business models that invite full economic participation on these platforms —What does the future look like when Athletes (particularly Black Athletes upon which this whole model is built upon) walk away with media rights, profit and monetization. UEN with the NIL programs is a model where these athletes are not just fodder for someone else’s business model, but actually participate in the upside of their talent and hard work.

Election Results Won't Define My Path: Embracing Self-Reliance in Uncertain Times As election season draws to a close, many find themselves contemplating the impact of the results, weighing what the outcome might mean for their futures. Yet for those of us who have long relied on our own resilience, the conclusion of this cycle is simply another day, another reminder to stay grounded in our mission. No matter the candidates, no matter the promises made or unfulfilled, my path is defined not by policies but by my determination to keep moving forward. I’ve always been a believer in the "If you want something done, you gotta do it yourself" mindset. Growing up, navigating life and career as a self-starter, I learned early on that waiting on others wasn’t going to open doors or create success for me. Every day has been about taking initiative, stepping up, and finding ways to keep pushing—regardless of who’s in office or what changes swirl around me. This philosophy of self-reliance has been the foundation of my journey. While I value the role that government can play in supporting communities and creating opportunities, I’ve never relied solely on those systems. I understand that, too often, systems can fail. They can be inconsistent, slow to respond, or even set up to block rather than elevate. Knowing this, I set my focus on what I can control, what I can create, and what I can impact directly. The knowledge that my efforts are rooted in self-belief and a refusal to wait for someone else's approval is powerful. It fuels my work and keeps me moving forward, regardless of the political winds. Through every season of change, I’ve stayed grounded in my own values: hard work, tenacity, and the belief that my efforts are my greatest asset. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that self-reliance brings a freedom that no political outcome can provide. When you’re able to create your own path, you’re liberated from the cycles of disappointment that often accompany relying on external forces for progress or success. I’ve made it my goal to build a legacy not defined by outside influences, but by my drive and unshakeable commitment. So as the election dust settles and conversations shift to promises and projections, I remain focused on my journey. I’m here to pull myself up, to continue making my way with determination and conviction, regardless of the outcome. Being a self-starter isn’t just a philosophy; it’s a way of life. It’s a declaration that my path will be defined by my choices, my efforts, and my resilience—no matter who holds office. In the end, no policy can replace the power of perseverance. While leaders come and go, my journey is here to stay.

This project has been a journey! But as of today, we're now official in the CTV arena. A few years back we opted to pause investing capital on long form streaming content. The high price-tag to produce the content, the overload of choice for channels fighting for viewers, and the complicated system to monetize in place back then was just too much. Let’s wait and see what happens. Well, we waited, and technology delivered. NEWSWORTHY NUMBER 15.2 million Average number of viewers who watched the Los Angeles Dodgers defeat the New York Yankees 6-3 in Game 1 of the World Series on Friday, the Fall Classic’s biggest audience since 2017. The game’s viewership was 62% larger than last year’s World Series opener, a sigh of relief for broadcaster Fox, which hit even loftier numbers over the game’s final half hour: a peak of 17.8m viewers were watching around the time Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman hit a game-winning grand slam. Not counted in that tally: the millions of fans watching in Japan. Thanks to Los Angeles’ star tandem of Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Japanese viewers significantly outnumbered Americans in watching earlier rounds of the MLB postseason — extra impressive as games are broadcast in Japan’s morning hours, America holds a 3x population edge, and y’know, the league is based in the US.
