The agenda may be customized for the user based on available information about the user. Information about the user may include information about user behavior, previous actions performed by the user, previous user conversations with chatbots, and/or user personal data. The first chatbot may answer questions by the user about the information.

The preferences of the user may be determined using contact information of the user and social media profiles of the user.
