  • Guided Imagery as a Coping Mechanism for Endometriosis: A Mixed-Methods Approach

    ProQuest Dissertations Publishing

    The first study of it's kind. Dr. Dance uses Guided Imagery to assist a cohort of women with endometriosis in coping with symptoms of their endometriosis. Results indicated that relaxation techniques are highly beneficial in this population but further research is needed to make a case in the medical field.
