How can you use customer feedback to identify roadblocks to your product launch?
Customer feedback is so important and also needs to be weighed against the kind of company you want to be. If customers want something that is valid but goes against your mission or purpose or the kind of company you want to be, tread carefully. Customers are not always right. And what you stand for and offer may not appeal to everyone. Be clear about the choices you make, who you make them for and the reasons you make them. Listen to customers, yes, definitely, but also listen to your internal compass and your broader stakeholder group (including the planet).
