Honesty, compassion, and guidance is best in this situation, because even if you hurt their feelings, you will have given them the chance to change themselves for the next company/ Career/ job if they choose not to stay at your company after you have given information about the work. I'm a brutally Honest person, so I come off as mean to so people. I expect people to Honest with me about me and my teaching skills. I'm tuff, but fair. Some people's jobs are very dangerous, knowledge is a must because mistakes could end in death. We have to learn our jobs correctly to prevent injuries.

Growing in Righteousness Scripture is one of the most important aspects of our Christian spirituality. God has chosen to speak to us through His Word. Rather than waiting around to hear the voice of God, we can turn to Scripture and hear God speaking to us. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 tells us first and foremost that Scripture is God-breathed. This means that it is inspired by God. This makes Scripture unlike any other book. God divinely inspired human authors to write these letters. More than that, Scripture has the power to radically change our lives if we read it and live it out. Paul tells us that Scripture is able to teach us, rebuke us, correct us, and train us in righteousness. All of these things are happening when we choose to engage in God’s Word. When we read God’s Word, we should be attentive to what God is communicating to us. He may want to correct some of our behavior, convict us of choosing our own way instead of His, or teach us something about Himself. All of these things are so that we can continue to live in a way that pleases God. As we read Scripture and do what it says, we grow in living righteously. We are also equipped for the good works that God wants us to do. Engaging with God’s Word is the primary way that God equips us for the life He planned for us. What ways can you continue to build a habit of reading God’s Word every day? Consider how you can better live out what God’s Word says so that you can grow in righteousness and accomplish all God wants for you.

Choosing Thankfulness 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 is a full sentence, but it’s packed full of powerful commands: Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Today, let’s look at the last of those three commands in verse 18: Give thanks in all circumstances. This is one of those commands that, while simple, can feel daunting, or even impossible, at times. How do we feel gratitude when life isn’t fair, when pain tries to push out our joy, or when doubt clouds our vision? The beauty of this command isn't about the absence of difficulty, but rather our response to it. When we express gratitude in all circumstances, it isn't a denial of challenges. It's a bold declaration of faith. It's choosing to recognize God's presence and power even during tough situations, not despite them. We don’t have to be thankful for our circumstances–but we can always choose to be thankful while we’re in them. Recall God’s faithfulness, speak of His goodness, declare His character, and find strength in His promises when our own falter. Gratitude shifts our focus. So, one more time, let’s look at all three of these commands together: Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Commit these commands to memory. Recall them when you are happy, when you are sad, when you are unsure, when you are angry–in every season, in every moment. Reflect on these commands today.

Soul Healing, by Janelle Keith Spiritual healing results when God sets your pace. Imagine you are standing on a hill by yourself. A stream trickles beside you while birds chirp happily above you. The sun beats down on your face while a gentle breeze blows by. Everything looks calm and quiet—but your mind is racing through a list of tasks you’ve left undone, problems you can’t solve, and brokenness you can’t fix. Although you are in a tranquil place, the sound of your own thoughts keeps you from enjoying what’s happening around you. In the stillness of this moment, what would it take for you to pause, silence the noise, and be still? Through stillness, we learn to pay attention to what God is doing in us and around us. But stillness is both active and passive. It involves allowing God to refocus our vision and tune our ears to His voice while we give Him the noise inside us. It requires surrendering our worries, concerns, and problems to God while allowing Him to refocus our hearts on Him. God’s silence may be preceding an assignment, so consider how you’re building your faith, trust, and character in the quiet. As we practice this spiritual habit, we become more equipped to give God glory for His power at work in our lives. We start to notice God is working in our lives. But how do you put this type of rest into action? My suggestion is to give God every concern you have, whatever comes to mind. Give yourself permission to have some quiet moments with God. It’s okay if you must do this repeatedly for a while. Just use the time to silence all the noise inside your head and get into the habit of making room to hear God’s voice. His calming assurance will not only give you peace but welcomed rest. You can never fully rest in Jesus if you are constantly trying to fill your soul’s void with a busy schedule, affirmations, or admiration from others. Seeking the approval of man will wear you down and wear you out. Rest only comes when, by God’s grace and power, the binding worldly chains are cut and the concerns about what others think and say are broken off of you. Then you are fully able to wholeheartedly attach your value to God alone. Only then will the gift of rest lead you to holy stillness. “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. Today’s 333 Devotional: “Highway to Holiness” Without holiness there is no revival or renewal. Holiness is a key component, not only in the House of God, as Psalm 93:5 says, “Holiness adorns Your house, O Lord, forever,” but also in the heart of God’s people as the Apostle Paul said that God hasn’t called us to uncleanness, but holiness (1 Thessalonians 4:7). The writer of Hebrews says, “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14) Not only are we to pursue peace, but also holiness, because without no one will see God. The word “see” in this passage means to have vision. Without holiness we’ll never get a clear view or vision of God, and we’ll never understand or perceive His ways. The way of holiness, therefore, needs to be traveled. In speaking about the time of the coming Messiah, when blind eyes will be opened, deaf ears unstopped, the mute shouting for joy, and when water gushes forth in the wilderness and streams flow in the desert, the Lord says, “And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way.” (Isaiah 35:8) The word “highway” doesn’t mean the same thing as today. It isn’t a road where cars and trucks can quickly travel. Rather, it means exactly what it says, a way that is high. It means a road that has been built on a raised causeway making it visible and unmistakable to everyone. This highway is called the way of holiness where even those who lack God’s guiding principles can see it without any problem. And God has clearly marked out this highway of holiness in His word. Evil is always present within us and is messing up the works by trying to draw believers away from holiness. Therefore, those who are on this road of holiness are not at peace with indwelling sin.
