Xcellent Technology Solutions (XTS) welcomes Mark Darder as our National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Programs Manager. Mark joins XTS with nearly 5 decades of geospatial, imagery analysis, deployed operations, scene visualization, and program management experience. Mark is an US Army Veteran, retiring after 20 years as a Chief Warrant Officer (CW3). Following his military career, he spent over 10 years in industry with supporting the U.S Navy’s mission rehearsal program - TOPSCENE and was instrumental in the supporting the Navy’s deployment of TOPSCENE in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Mark later rejoined the government, as NGA’s Deputy Chief, Military Readiness Exercise and Plans and then as a Geospatial Intelligence Officer providing coordination of all aspects of NGA’s exercise support to varying Combatant Commands (COCOM) and Army Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRX). After many years of deploying, Mark joins us as a font of knowledge and mentor for XTS NGA-based GEOINT professionals.
