Where people and AI deliver without doubt.

About us

Wrike is the trusted work delivery platform for people and AI. Most organizations are already using AI to handle real work. Without the right infrastructure, it's ungoverned, unauditable, and out of control. That's the problem we solve. Wrike gives enterprises the governed, context-rich foundation they need to put people and AI to work together on their most consequential workflows — without losing control of how work gets done. What makes Wrike different is what sits behind the AI. Our Work Intelligence® Graph is built on 500B+ historical data points and two decades of enterprise work management. It gives AI the structured context to act reliably, inside the same roles, permissions, and access controls your people already work within. The result? Organizations don't just manage work. They deliver without doubt. Governance sets the boundaries. Autonomy follows when people trust the system. Scale is what happens when you stop hitting the ceiling that limits delivery. More than 20,000 organizations worldwide, including Siemens, Walmart, NVIDIA, and The Estée Lauder Companies, trust Wrike to deliver their most important work. 🔒 Enterprise-grade security: ISO 27001, SOC 2 & 3, GDPR compliant, 99.9% uptime SLA 🏆 Named a winner of the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards 🤖 Wrike AI Certification: organizational readiness for governed AI at enterprise scale

At Wrike Springboard 2026, our CPO Alexey Korotich named the biggest worry most teams have about AI: that it'll replace how they already work together. "This is not AI replacing collaboration," he said. "It's AI helping connect the dots as the team's discussion evolves." That's the version of AI customers are using to do 10x more at work. The kind that surfaces what you're missing, routes what needs attention, and keeps work moving while you're focused elsewhere. Our Springboard Toolkit is built to help your team start there. It's packed with workflows, templates, and resources that meet you where you already work. Check it out today. 🧰 Get the Springboard Toolkit: https://lnkd.in/gWP2vRUN

Waterfalls PM's, your Gantt Chart just got a serious glow-up.  🎉 Picture this: one task slips, three others follow, and you only hear about it in Thursday's status meeting. Our new updates make this common problem a thing of the past. Now drag-and-drop scheduling, cleaner dependencies, and a prominent critical path mean you'll see risky tasks coming long before they threaten your deadlines. Baseline tracking just landed too, so now your plan and today's reality sit side by side. No spreadsheet archaeology required. Damiano's post below has all the good stuff. Go take it for a spin, then swing by our Community and say hi. We'd love to hear what this means for you!

Waterfall project managers, this one's for you. Our product team at Wrike just shipped all-new features built specifically for how you work: ✅ A redesigned Gantt chart with drag-and-drop scheduling, dependency mapping, and enhanced critical path visibility so you can spot which tasks put your deadline at risk before it's too late. Learn more here → https://lnkd.in/duqJVHnm ✅ Baseline tracking with dedicated fields for baseline start date, due date, duration, and variance, available across table views, dashboards, item views, and formulas. Learn more here → https://lnkd.in/dFxgH_gr Every Waterfall PM knows the pain of a missed dependency rippling through an entire project. These updates exist because our product team heard your problem and built a real solution. If you run sequential, phase-gated projects in Wrike, go try these out. We'd love to hear what you think in our Community. #ProjectManagement #WaterfallPM #Wrike #ProductLaunch #GanttChart

Our Wrike team in Cyprus showed up for Cyprus Pride 2026, walking, celebrating, and standing alongside the LGBTQ+ community in a day full of color, joy, and meaning. 🌈. At Wrike, we believe that building a workplace where everyone belongs makes us stronger. Walking together at Pride is one way we put that belief into action, not just inside our offices, but out in the communities where we live and work. Thank you to every team member who joined, marched, and represented Wrike with pride. Moments like these remind us why showing up matters. #Pride2026 #WrikeWithPride #PrideMonth #LifeAtWrike

Ever watched a project quietly unravel and pinned it on a rough sales-to-delivery handoff? Same. Turns out the real trouble usually starts earlier. That was our favorite takeaway from the Consulting Magazine webcast we got to host with Kristian Truelsen and Richard Blatcher. Three take aways: 1. The chaos starts in the pipeline. When sales, finance, and resourcing aren't talking, you end up staffing whoever's free instead of whoever's right. That trusty spreadsheet is quietly setting up a margin hit you won't notice until months later. 2. Your dashboard shows the crash after it happens. Lagging data just measures the damage. Live signals let you catch the drift while you can still steer. 3. Fix the process before you add AI. AI won't tidy up a broken workflow, it'll just run it faster. Get stable first, then keep a human on anything you can't undo. The bit we keep coming back to: client trust isn't a finish line you cross once. You earn it the whole way. Full webcasts on demand if you want the whole conversation. Dropped the link in the comments.

A Gantt chart can look completely on track and still be quietly burning out half your team. That gap, between what the timeline shows and what your people can actually carry, is what resource leveling closes. Our guide walks you through all of it. You'll get a plain-English definition of what leveling is and when it's worth the effort. The five steps to rebalance a schedule, from spotting who's overbooked to fine-tuning as priorities shift. A rundown of the tools that automate the heavy lifting. And the pitfalls that quietly undo your work. By the end, you can look at any timeline and tell whether it reflects real capacity or just wishful thinking. If your team runs hot most weeks, save this for your next planning cycle. Or send it to whoever builds the schedule. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/g3gwMqxH

Our new conversational builder does something most AI won't. It tells you no. And we mean that as a compliment. Ask it for something agents can't do yet, and it says so. Plainly, kindly, with no runaround. Then it points you to the closest thing that actually works. The rest is just as easy: you describe what you want, and it shapes an agent around how your team already works. Nothing touches your real work until you decide it's ready and turn it on. See it in action below. 👇

Klaxoon is officially becoming Klaxoon by Wrike, a milestone that reflects what we've always believed: the best ideas deserve to become real results. For our French market customers, this evolution brings Klaxoon's powerful visual collaboration even closer to Wrike's workflow engine. Ideation and execution, finally in one place. And for everyone else? That same magic is already built into Wrike Whiteboards, visual collaboration natively embedded in your workflows, so your team's best thinking never stops at the board. It becomes tasks, timelines, and outcomes. Seamlessly.

Today, Klaxoon becomes Klaxoon by Wrike. This evolution marks an important milestone in our history. Klaxoon has always helped teams imagine, share, and build together. Today, we’re taking it a step further by connecting ideation and execution in a single workspace. With Klaxoon by Wrike, the best ideas no longer stop at the whiteboard—they become projects, tasks, and results, seamlessly. Our new identity reflects this shared ambition. The iconic pink gives way to Wrike green, and the “Klax” evolves into a collaborative cursor, symbolizing collective intelligence that turns into action. What remains the same: the Klaxoon name, your Boards, your visual collaboration experience, and our commitment to helping teams work more effectively together. A new identity, a strengthened vision, and the same ambition: to turn every idea into concrete impact. Welcome to Klaxoon by Wrike. 💚 Discover more here : https://lnkd.in/eeavXk4U

The external consultant joins on day 47. They have questions. The internal team has the answers, but they’re buried in three Slack channels and a shared drive nobody’s organized since 2023. This is how most cross-team work goes — outside collaborators showing up to a moving train, trying to figure out which car they’re meant to be on. Multi-departmental projects with contractors and consultants attached are now the norm, not the exception. And most tools weren’t built for that reality. A Director of Business Applications in consumer goods made this point well in their five-star Gartner Peer Insights review of Wrike: “A highly flexible tool that adapts seamlessly to our complex structure. It allows for deep collaboration by bridging the gap between internal multi-departmental teams and external consultants.” Internal teams. External consultants. Same view, same context, same source of truth. See the full review here: https://gtnr.io/8kJLYN8wq #GartnerPeerInsights

You can now decide exactly where AI runs in your Wrike account, and who gets to use it. That’s new. And it’s one of three things we’ll be covering live on June 30 at What’s New in Wrike. Here’s what you’ll actually walk away with: 1. New Wrike AI capabilities, up close: AI permission controls and templates for AI Agents, so AI works the way you set it up, not the way it defaults. 2. A cleaner reporting story: The governance and admin habits that keep your data quality and numbers consistent when multiple teams share one account. 3. Fixes you can use the same afternoon: Practical moves for custom fields, required fields, and baseline analytics at scale. This is built for the people who run Wrike day to day: admins, team leads, and power users. You bring the messy account, we’ll bring the hour that makes it better. June 30, 2026, 9 a.m. PDT. Building agents right now? You're probably missing an important factor. The agents are only as good as the work they operate on. If you have messy fields, inconsistent tagging, or missing data, most AI workflows will quietly fall apart. Wrike's new cascading fields fix the root problem. Capture key information once at the project level — things like campaign type, region, or business owner — and it carries down to every child item automatically. No reentering. No drift. No "wait, which owner is this under again?" Simply add required fields to the mix and you can stop work from moving forward without the right information. A launch date. A budget code. A compliance check. The control is built into the workflow itself. The result? Better handoffs, stronger data integrity, and AI that operates with real guardrails instead of guesswork. That's the kind of foundation customers are using to do 10x more at work. And our Springboard Toolkit will get you started fast. 🧰 Get the tools you need here: https://lnkd.in/gWP2vRUN Plus more in the comments. 👇
