For our firm, inclusion is more than speech, it's action. With millions of individuals in both the US and the UK identifying as disabled or neurodivergent, representation and accessibility are critical, and WBD's Disability & Neurodiversity Networks, launched in the UK in 2021 and the US in 2023, work hard to promote inclusion for all. These networks promote inclusion and empower members to make an impact and drive our commitment to diversity. Together, we're building a workplace where everyone feels empowered to thrive. We wish you a happy International Day of Persons with Disabilities. #IDPD #IDPwD https://bit.ly/3OD67ZR
