It was so fulfilling to play both sides of the coin this past week at the Without Walls Marketing #WOWCon. Playing both presenter (“Hacking the Digital Campaign” with analytical approaches to enrich marketing project efforts) and learner from listening to other presentations and panels from fellow well seasoned industry players. My presentation emphasized the importance of a customer centric approach uses analytics as a tool to achieve results. Asking questions focused on understanding the problems that need to be solved when strategizing campaigns and projects goes a long way. Much appreciation goes out to Kevin Lashley and his team for putting together such an information rich event. Last year I attended and made a wealth of connections; this year I debuted a presenter sharing my industry knowledge and made further connections. This week, I had the opportunity to attend #WOWCON 2024 and it was great!    The sessions covered a range of topics, from emerging technologies and content creation to digital marketing, Esports, and AI optimization. It was inspiring to learn from different speakers and to see their passion for what they do. Design is something that I am passionate about and it was very interesting to learn from Brad Hansen work process and formula "Empathy + storytelling = Good content creation, which leads to authentic connections and community". This presentation was not only motivating but also a reminder of how design can powerfully convey messages. Gaining insights from Annie Castellano on the concept that “work with purpose works” and learning about the purpose in marketing was very interesting! It was great to learn from Matthew Potthoff about emerging technologies and Esports! Your roots and background are incredibly beautiful and allow each person to offer something unique. Michelle Li, with her energetic and cheerful personality, shared her anecdotes, work history, and achievements, which was very motivating to hear!
