Congratulations to portfolio company Bedrock Energy on raising their $12M Series A to make geothermal heating and cooling scalable, affordable, and widely accessible for commercial buildings. As CEO Joselyn Lai explains: “Heating and cooling buildings is the largest energy expense in real estate, and geothermal HVAC can cut that energy bill in half, improve resilience, and reduce air pollutants for residents by 90%.” This funding will help Bedrock expand deployments across the U.S., advance its innovative robotic drilling tech, and deliver on the promise of geothermal as both a financial and environmental win for real estate.
