At WIIT, we are fully aware that successful results are inextricably linked to the development of our people. Following the mantra “Humans in a digital world”, we acknowledge the importance of developing soft skills, such as communication, empathy and critical thinking, even in an area of high technological innovation such as cloud computing. How are cloud and decarbonization related?   The world will have its hottest year ever in 2024. This will be the first year breaking the +1.5C threshold increase in global average temperatures.   Within this context, cloud will play a key role in reducing greenhouse gases, contributing to an estimated 15% reduction in global emissions. With #WIIT4Climate, WIIT has adopted responsible energy consumption management and is committed to minimising the CO2 emissions from its business activities. The Board of Directors of WIIT S.p.A. approves the consolidated results as at 30 September 2024. Here are our key takeaways: ✅ Progressively improving EBITDA margin in Italy, Germany and Group "Like-for-like" ✅ Reported Net Profit at +50.2% vs 9M 2023 💬 “The results for the first nine months of the year have exceeded our expectations in both Italy and Germany across all economic and financial indicators”. Commented Alessandro Cozzi, CEO of WIIT. “The performance of orders, particularly over the past month, supports our year-end targets and significantly increases visibility for 2025. Figures for Germany are aligned with our expectations both in terms of the commercial pipeline, where we are closing two substantial contracts, and profitability, benefiting from the cost synergies being realized.
