Last week, our extraordinary community of founders, builders, investors, and change-makers gathered for one of our favorite Westbound traditions: our annual summit. Over two days in Healdsburg, we pressed pause on the noise around us and to explore how clarity of purpose unlocks the best in people and organizations. We heard from leaders like Clay Bavor, Erin T., Frank Cooper III, Jeff Weiner, RC Buford, and Theresia Gouw about how having clear organizational values and culture can give organizations a competitive advantage. Sessions featured Westbound Network members – Wemimo Abbey, Jane Alexander, Steve Benjamin, Maria Colacurcio, Somesh Dash, Joelle Emerson, Prakash Janakiraman, Chelsea Kohler, Fern Mandelbaum, Danielle Naftulin (she/her), Satya Patel, Brian Rumao, James Slavet, Mike Smith, David Sutphen, Peter Walker, and Russell Wolff – sharing actionable tactics like go-to-market strategies, resilience rituals, and hiring practices.
