Typically, the scammers use fake recruiting websites to get information that can be used for identity theft or financial gain. The European Commission has released an #omnibus proposal to amend the #CSRD and a host of other sustainability regulations. We’ve broken down the recommended changes here: https://lnkd.in/e8RfbHJe As proposed, the omnibus includes: ➡️ Delays to reporting deadlines, including a two-year delay for firms in the second wave of CSRD reporting. ➡️ Reductions in the number of companies required to report under the CSRD. ➡️ Reductions in the number of datapoints reported under the CSRD. Critically, large companies are still likely to face mandatory sustainability disclosure under the CSRD. Last week at #GreenBiz25 in Phoenix, the Watershed Community came together to connect and reflect at the breathtaking Desert Botanical Garden. 🌵 A highlight of the night was walking through the Toward 2050 exhibit—a 1/2-mile labyrinth featuring quilt squares that creatively explore our relationship with the environment. Inspired by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's 2023 Synthesis Report, the exhibit challenged us to envision the next 25 years and commit to the actions needed to reverse greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net zero by 2050. More than just art, Toward 2050 was a powerful reminder of the intersection between community and climate action.
