The Washington Commanders are a professional American football team located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The team belongs to the East Division of the National Football Conference in the National Football League. The team's home stadium is Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland. Its headquarters and training facility is the OrthoVirginia Sports Performance Center in Loudoun County, Virginia. Washington has played more than 1,000 games since 1932 and has won five NFL Championships (two pre-merger, and three Super Bowls). The franchise has captured 15 NFL divisional titles and five NFL conference championships.

Growing up in the Washington area, some of my best memories were watching three Super Bowls and many more unforgettable moments led by Joe Gibbs, Art Monk, Darrell Green, John Riggins, Joe Theismann, Mark Rypien, Doug Williams and many, many others. Today, we’re proud to honor that history. The Washington Commanders have unveiled our new Super Bowl Era uniforms and helmet, paying tribute to the iconic teams that inspired generations of fans. While these uniforms are a nod to the legacy of our franchise, they are also a powerful reminder of the standard we strive to uphold every single day.
