I can only hope and wish that my competitors are embracing the ‘work-life’ balance and only working 40-50 hours a week. My teams and companies? We all work 60 + hours a week and grind it out every day to achieve success. Its not luck, its sheer effort. It’s not for everyone and thats totally fine. But you wont make an impact on the world working only 8 hours a day….
