Recently, we received an interesting question in support about the logic of the investment statuses on the marketplace dashboard page, which we will analyze in more detail today https://lnkd.in/duFf2HKM 🕯 Let's start with a fundamental fact: the investment status displays the fact of the presence of a working system trying to synchronize positions on your exchange account and not the correct operation of the system 📊 In simple terms: If you see the indicator of a working investment on your exchange account, this does not mean that the copying of positions on your account has been successfully launched. The "Running" status also means an attempt by the autocopying system to start. If after launching the investment, the "Running" status remains after 10 minutes, everything is set up correctly, and the investment has begun. ‼️ After the autocopying system is launched, it is the most truthful source of information and a completely closed system that independently checks all the factors necessary for its operation. Suppose any critical factors are violated (invalid reading key, no signal from the exchange, no ability to execute transactions, etc.). In that case, the investment will be automatically disabled, and you will receive a notification. ☄️ If "Stopped" is written under the name of your investment - your investment is stopped in 100% of cases. At the same time, the copy system trades only using market orders to maintain the best level of system synchronization, which is more expensive. 🟢 Unfortunately, we cannot display Preset profitability with an accuracy higher than 24 hours due to technical limitations. This means that if you launched an investment at 14:00 and turned it off at 17:00 - the Preset will display the index profitability from 00:00 to 23:59.
