The Women's Impact Alliance
Professional Training and Coaching
Accelerating women leaders solving the world’s most pressing challenges through executive coaching and global community
About us
Women hold less than 25% of senior leadership positions globally, despite making up half the world’s population. But when women lead, communities thrive. Research shows women-led organizations deliver stronger social and environmental outcomes with fewer resources. Since 2014, the Women’s Impact Alliance has been changing this reality by accelerating the leadership of high-potential women change-makers across the globe. We provide what’s too often missing: world-class executive coaching, intensive leadership development, and a powerful global network of support. We’ve grown from a small group of committed volunteers to a thriving alliance of 300+ executive leadership coaches and 2,000+ alumnae from over 90 countries. Our leaders are tackling climate change, advancing gender equity, building peace in conflict zones, and transforming their communities. Together, they’re proving that when you invest in women’s leadership, everyone benefits. Through our flagship Empowered Leader Program, we pair emerging women leaders with experienced executive coaches for year-long, 1:1 partnerships. The results speak for themselves: our alumnae report increased confidence, expanded impact, and accelerated career growth, going on to lead organizations, influence policy, and mentor the next generation. Join our alliance as we work toward a more just, sustainable, and peaceful world where women’s leadership is the norm, not the exception.

✨The most grounded, impactful leaders often do something far less visible: they turn inward. In our latest blog piece to kick of International Coaching Week, WIA Board Member and former Executive Director Athena Katsaros explores what it means to lead from the inside out by building leadership from purpose, driven by values, and how to discover the courage to lead authentically. 💭 This piece is a reminder that self-knowledge is foundational for creating sustainable impact. 🔗 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/e6RkQKBV 🌎 Explore the thinking behind WIA’s Empowered Leader Program using this link: https://lnkd.in/gJ-dmmay #WomensImpactAlliance #EmpoweredLeaderProgram #Leadership #LeadershipfromtheInsideOut #WIA

🎬 What The Devil Wears Prada got wrong about leadership. For years, we’ve been sold a version of leadership that looks intimidating and emotionally detached. But real leadership doesn’t require you to perform power or sacrifice your humanity to be taken seriously. At WIA, we believe the strongest leaders are reflective, emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and deeply connected to who they are. 💼 Swipe through for a few leadership lessons we’re rewriting in 2026 - inspired by The Devil Wears Prada👠 #Leadership #WomenInLeadership #TheDevilWearsPrada #ExecutiveCoaching #LeadershipDevelopment #WIA #SocialImpactLeadership

There’s something powerful about connecting in person. 🇬🇧Our first WIA Connect in London brought together eight women for an evening that felt less like an event, and more like a space to exhale in. The group was open, engaged, and ready to connect from the start. Conversations flowed between the full group and smaller circles, creating room for both reflection and real exchange. 💫 By the end of the evening, what stood out most wasn’t just what was said in the room, but what happened after. The participants exchanged contact details, and chose to stay connected, expressing desire for more in-person events. ✨ That’s the intention behind WIA Connect. It is all about creating the right space for meaningful connection to happen. 💌 Thank you to everyone who made this evening what it was. More WIA Connect gatherings to come in 2026! What city would you like us to come to next? Comment below! #WomensImpactAlliance #WIAConnectLondon #EventinLondon #WIAinLondon #LeadershipforWomen

👏 A big congratulations on this incredible milestone Farah Abi Mosleh Being selected for the 2026 Ban Ki-moon Foundation Global Citizen Scholarship Program (out of 375 applicants!) is a powerful recognition, and the focus on localization makes it even more impactful. 💌 We are so inspired to see this coming from a WIA Catalyst, it is a strong reflection of what happens when women are supported to lead, build, and challenge existing systems. 🪴 Across MENA and beyond, grassroots organizations are doing critical work yet remain excluded from funding ecosystems that favor larger, globally connected institutions. Platforms like NOVAI - Network of Opportunities for Value, Aid and Innovation are helping shift that, creating more access, equity, and opportunity for local actors to lead. ✨ This is exactly the kind of impact WIA is committed to accelerating. We are excited to see how this continues to grow and shape the conversation globally. 🔗 https://www.mynovai.com
I'm honored to share that I've been selected for the 2026 Ban Ki-moon Foundation Global Citizen Scholarship Program — one of 17 scholars chosen from 375 applications across Africa, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia. Representing Lebanon. 🇱🇧 My project focuses on localization — and specifically on ensuring that grassroots and local organizations can access the funding and tools they need to lead development in their own communities. This is exactly why we built NOVAI - Network of Opportunities for Value, Aid and Innovation. Local NGOs across MENA are doing critical work — yet they remain systematically excluded from funding ecosystems that favor larger, internationally connected organizations. NOVAI was built to close that gap: an AI-powered platform that helps local organizations discover funding opportunities, develop stronger proposals, and build the organizational capacity to compete and grow. This scholarship is an opportunity to bring that conversation to a global stage — advocating for systems that recognize, resource, and trust local actors. If you're a local organization looking for funding support, or a donor interested in making localization real — let's connect. 🔗 https://www.mynovai.com #NOVAI #Localization #GrassrootsFirst #MENA #NGOtech #AI4Good #BanKiMoonScholar #CommunityDevelopment #Lebanon
