The mission of the Myers & Briggs Foundation is to continue the pioneering work of Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers in the field of psychological type, especially the ethical and accurate use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument. The Foundation fulfills this mission by sharing the benefits of psychological type throughout the world, expanding the MBTI® theory to encompass new understanding and research, encouraging the development and use of tools appropriate to the understanding of psychological type as a complex dynamic system, and providing educational opportunities like the MBTI® Certification Program. The Foundation is now the exclusive provider of the public MBTI Certification Program in the USA, and classes are available throughout the USA.
