We’ve officially wrapped up Week 2 of our annual Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program, in partnership with @Street2Ivy. Over the past two weeks, students have been introduced to financial analysis, explored the fundamentals of commercial real estate investing, and are now building out pro formas in teams. We’re excited to continue the momentum over the next four weeks and are grateful to work alongside such a talented group of students, returning alumni, and dedicated coaches.

A major milestone for the Seaport! Last week, we celebrated the topping off of One Harbor Shore, the final building in our 21-acre Fan Pier master plan. Yesterday we proudly celebrated the #groundbreaking of The Colwick – a premier 234-unit multifamily rental project. The development, which is located in Charlotte’s Cotswold neighborhood, will reflect the distinctive identity of the community and offer pedestrian access to parks, schools, and over half a million square feet of nearby grocery, retail, and restaurant options.
