We've spoken with hundreds of hiring managers and recruiters as we've built out Max! What are their top wishes for an AI recruiting partner? ✅ Can it help me find candidates even with nuanced experiences? For example, I need someone who's worked as a Senior ML engineer at Series A or B startups for 5 to 8 years, has some experience managing, and is located in Austin, TX. ✅ How quickly can I set it up and have it begin sourcing? ✅ How does it communicate with candidates?
