With over 20 years in sports production, storytelling, and talent development—including leadership roles at ESPN and Longhorn Network—Ande will oversee sports programming and content across The Cowboy Channel, Teton Ridge Linear, SVOD, FAST, social, podcasts, and more. Her leadership will be key in shaping the future of Western sports storytelling, bringing fans closer to the action and culture they love.
