We are thrilled to announce the safe and successful completion of Dover iEPCI™ project for Shell in the Gulf of America. This project marks another great milestone in our long-standing relationship with Shell. Their strong support, one team approach and high safety standards helped us overcome numerous challenges and deliver success including a first of its kind XT350 high temp coating solution for the production flowline. We are proud to have contributed to extending production in this prolific basin and grateful to the immensely talented teams whose expertise and collaboration made this project a success. As we continue to push the boundaries of subsea technology, we look forward to delivering more integrated solutions that drive value for our clients and the industry. Our teammates fly the flag for Guyana as they pose with our vertical Subsea 2.0® tree, the first mobilized for transport from our Guyana base. Our global talent pool has contributed to the success of the configure-to-order Subsea 2.0® platform. This one was built in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, and Georgetown, Guyana, was the last stop on its journey before it went into service on the Uaru development. Our Chair and CEO Doug Pferdehirt described them as being driven by “exceptional execution”. #TeamTechnipFMC has taken another step forward in its journey to developing a new generation of energy industry talent in Namibia. Building a strong, skilled workforce is key to unlocking Namibia’s energy potential. That’s why we have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the University of Namibia (UNAM). It’s aimed at co-developing specialized courses focused on subsea engineering and project management that will drive innovation in engineering, energy systems, and technology in country. UNAM Vice Chancellor Kenneth Matengu and our Namibia Country Manager Brice Lacrampette signed the MOU, reinforcing our commitment to long-term capacity building in the region. This is our second strategic partnership with an educational institution in the country, following last year’s agreement with Namibia University of Science and Technology. #EnergyToTransform

Executives from Petrobras, TechnipFMC, Pré-sal Petróleo S/A (PPSA), and the Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) along with other partners in the Libra Consortium - Shell Brasil, TotalEnergies, CNPC, and CNOOC - gathered on April 4 to celebrate one year since the contract signing for the HISEP® project. Centered in Brazil, the project will utilize almost all TechnipFMC assets in the country, as well as various local suppliers and strategic partners such as WEG, IMETAME, and the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), who also attended the event. The HISEP® technology allows for the subsea separation of oil and CO2-rich gas, so that this gas can be directly reinjected into the reservoir from the seabed.
