We are a nonprofit with a mission to leverage technology to advance social impact
About us
OUR MISSION Tech Impact is a nonprofit whose mission is to ensure all nonprofits can use technology to better serve our world. We believe technology can do amazing things, which is why we have partnered with hundreds of nonprofits organizations around the world since 2003: to help each one realize the potential of technology to achieve their mission. WHAT WE DO We provide hands-on technology support to nonprofits. We are the place nonprofits can call to make sense of anything from large-scale technology projects, to simple technology maintenance. We maintain and deploy a comprehensive suite of products and services that focus solely on the needs of nonprofits. We are the nonprofit behind npCloud and VolunteerConnect. We also provide affordable expertise in strategic technology planning, project management, database and application development. ITWORKS Through ITWorks, we help young adults (18-26) move into a career in IT. This award winning 16-week program gives them the training, certifications, and experience they need to compete for entry level positions. Our graduates improve their income by over 100% and improve their potential for life. OUR GOAL At Tech Impact, we help communities realize the potential of technology to improve outcomes. If you have an idea about how we can help the nonprofit organizations you work with, or a young adult you care about, please reach out. We look forward to your call.

Great time representing Tech Impact at the Tech Career Exposure Event hosted by the Philadelphia Department of Commerce. I was about to speak to a number of High School Sophomores and Juniors about an alternative path to a career in IT. Plus I was able to get a hug from the great Tempest Carter Thank You for the invitation Emma Baylin!

We’re excited to share that Tech Impact was a proud sponsor of the Information Security Professional of the Year Award at the Greater Nashville Technology Council 16th Annual NTC Awards at the Country Music Hall of Fame! 🏆 This award honors individuals who have made a lasting impact in cybersecurity through proactive threat mitigation, innovative security strategies, and strengthening organizational resilience—principles that drive our own tech services that support nonprofits. Our team had a fantastic time celebrating with industry leaders, forging new connections, and exploring the many ways we can contribute to Nashville’s tech ecosystem—like expanding our workforce development program, ITWorks, to its new home in Nashville! We can't wait to start creating meaningful career training and opportunities for young adults in the city. The future looks bright! 🚀
