We’ve just posted a special article, a little different than most of my writing, because here I’m trying to predict the future of product teams and product organizations over the next 3-10 years. I feel like two years into generative AI technology, we’re now starting to have enough understanding of the new dynamics to try to extrapolate about where this will all end up, at least over the next decade. Only time will tell if I’m right about my predictions, but you can read my arguments, and judge for yourself whether you think this vision would be both possible and desirable. In any case, I do believe our industry is in need of a vision for how we think product teams and product organizations *should* work in the future. I hope people find this useful. https://lnkd.in/gB8cS8b3

Join Marty Cagan in Hamburg for his Transformed Leadership Workshop on June 26th and then at the Product at Heart conference on June 27th.
To my European friends: I have just announced a special TRANSFORMED Leadership Workshop. This one is intentionally scheduled the day before the Product at Heart conference in Hamburg on June 27, where I'll be delivering a keynote address. We believe this is one of the best product conferences in the world, and also, this year transformation is one of the main themes of the conference. So if your company is serious about making the changes necessary to not just survive in the age of generative AI and technology-powered disruption, but thrive, I'd encourage you to sign up for both this leadership workshop on the 26th, as well as the conference the next day. I hope to see you there. https://lnkd.in/gmtE_Njn

Marty tackles the relationship between Agile and the Product Model in his latest article. Read it here or at svpg.com. #productmodel #agile
judging from many posts on here, and questions I've received, many people seem to be wondering about the relationship between Agile and the Product Operating Model. Is the product model just the evolution of Agile? Is the product model essentially the same as Agile? Is one a subset of the other? Is the product model just the next certification for Agile coaches? This is an important but also nuanced topic, so I wanted to try to address it directly: https://lnkd.in/gS55nijd
