"Plan forward and measure backwards" is one of my favorite sayings. Sunpointe Investments turned 9 this week. As we continuously set goals and refine processes, it can sometimes seem like running in quicksand. In the moment, there is always more to do. However, taking a step back and measuring our progress at Sunpointe Investments over the last 1-, 3-, or 9-years, the strides we have made are incredible. Several goals that were significant challenges a year or two ago are now well defined workflows with the applicable portions automated. Things that once seemed so hard now happen without almost any input from me. While our team has grown, our commitment to integrity and transparency remains our guiding light as we help guide clients to better investment decisions.
