Last week’s island-wide blackout in Puerto Rico was another reminder of the grid’s ongoing instability. We’re grateful the outage didn’t last longer—and that power was restored as quickly as it was. We’re especially thankful that during the event, more than 60,000 Sunnova customers with home batteries and solar systems kept their power on, helping preserve energy resilience in a time of need. Alisha Leveston, formerly Senior Vice President, Industrial Engineering, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Operations. Alisha has led our Industrial Engineering team for the past two years, delivering significant improvements in how we operate and serve our customers. Sunnova is taking important steps to reinforce our financial stability and position the company for long-term success. As part of these efforts, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Robyn Liska as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Robyn brings more than 15 years of experience in the energy and renewable power sectors, with deep expertise in strategic financial leadership and capital markets with firms such as J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and UBS. In her new role, she will work closely with CEO Paul Mathews and the leadership team to drive Sunnova’s financial and operational strategy forward.
