Chocolate brioche and self-storage. What's the connection? One of my favorite ways to keep the Stuf Storage team motivated and connected is through food. Whether it’s surprise treats during a tough week or centering our offsites around a great meal, food has become a meaningful part of how we bond as a team. These moments remind us that we’re human and that we value taking a break to celebrate wins (big or small). Today, LinkedIn (and Christine Wendell) reminded me that I've been working on Stuf Storage for 4 years. Somehow, it’s felt like both a lifetime and just a blink. I'm incredibly grateful to call this my life's work. Reflecting on these 4 years, I’m so proud to share some highlights from what our amazing team has achieved: - Built a national, hyperlocal self-storage network: 30+ locations across the country—and each one more valuable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, thanks to the dedication of Andrew Lee, Marie S., and Urszula Dojnikowska - Proprietary management software: running our entire operation with only 3 full-time ops team members—powered by Danika Goecke, and more innovations are on the horizon! - Reliable and scalable playbook: our marketing and sales strategy is now on par with a NFL playbook, and with each new launch, we get faster and more predictable thanks to Marissa Thieme, Samara Gofran, and Odalys Janneth - Elevated ops standards: a foundation that supports our remotely operated national network and delivers industry-leading NPS, with deep gratitude to Deborah Hord, Dawn, and Emily Roman, (MSc) - Incredible team and well-oiled machine: none of this would be possible without the partnership of Michelle Morand, alongside all the team members and supporters who’ve helped make Stuf what it is today Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey—we’re just getting started! #startups #selfstorage #cre #realestate #team #celebrate #wins

Most founders grumble about board meetings—and yes, they can throw a wrench in your normal flow as you prep. But I love them.
