This is an exciting opportunity to join MN Management & Budget and support the critical work being performed within Employee Insurance. This position exists to support the State Employee Group Insurance Program’s (SEGIP) compliance efforts and will reside in the Contracts & Compliance Unit. This role serves as subject matter expert and is responsible for managing and maintaining oversight of the pre-tax accounts, including account audits and reconciliations, remediation efforts, and ongoing monitoring activities. It plays a vital role in the purchasing and procurement of employee insurance benefits, including but not limited to medical, pharmacy, dental, life, disability, and pre-tax accounts. It is responsible for developing, managing, and administering contracts and provides ongoing compliance monitoring to comply with state and federal regulations, laws, and statutes, and applicable bargaining agreements and plans.
