It was a pleasure working with CBRE's Thomas Carr and Will Pike on the sale of this property: a 10-year NNN LongHorn Steakhouse ground lease situated on 0.72 acres in Oviedo, Florida—part of the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL MSA.
