Have you seen our 2025 committee project agendas yet?   These quarterly calendars highlight the key topics that will be explored during our Research and Education & Outreach committee meetings and published for members and the industry at large throughout the year. The Research Committee will begin with the “2025 State of the Consumer” report before moving on to the “Consumer Pulse and Market Segmentation – Wave 9” report, the first update to our segmentation framework in three years. The Education & Outreach Committee also has an ambitious slate of projects for 2025, first continuing its work educating consumers about air-source heat pumps with the "Cooling Consumer Concerns on Heat Pumps" project.
