Thirty teenagers in Nepal just completed the first level of a new career counseling program that helps them explore their future while growing closer to God. The program combines interactive activities with biblical teaching, making it a fun and impactful experience. 🙌 We can't wait to see how these young people use their gifts to make a difference in their communities! https://lnkd.in/dKAdkM4C

We recently celebrated the graduation of 13 pastors from our Pastor Training program in Nepal! This program equips church leaders in remote areas with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively serve their congregations. The training covers topics like spiritual growth, Bible study, discipleship, leadership, and practical ministry skills. These graduates are now returning to their villages with a renewed passion for ministry and a vision to share the love of Christ. Check out our blog for the short video and more, and please pray for these 13 pastors.

Help send Murph to Nepal! Our Executive Director, Adam Nevins, travels to India and Nepal twice a year and wears many hats, including photographer and videographer. Occasionally incredibly talented volunteers step up and fill this super important role and it is always extremely helpful and much appreciated. Murph and Adam have been friends for over 20 years, and both are excited for Murph to go on his first trip to Nepal and help with photography and videography on the trip. Murph has raised $1,123 and is over 30% to his goal! Please make a gift today and help send Murph to Nepal! https://lnkd.in/g4XnS4Bs

We are still glowing from the impact of generous investors last year. Together we helped train 13 pastors, sent over 100 pastors to the annual pastors' conference, provided education for 341 children, built a new restroom building at the India school, helped 75 families escape extreme poverty, and much more. We are grateful for all God has done!

Merry Christmas from all of us at ServLife International! “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 2:14 As we celebrate the arrival of Jesus and the season of giving, we're reminded of the importance of peace and goodwill toward all. The love and peace of God is spreading throughout India and Nepal, and we are incredibly grateful for your support in sharing this message. Please enjoy this short Christmas greeting from our friends in India and Nepal, and may your Christmas be filled with joy and peace.

A WONDERFUL YEAR As we reflect on another year of God's faithfulness, we wanted to share a few of the incredible achievements made possible by your generous support: Church Planting: We trained 13 pastors to start new churches, reaching more communities with the Gospel. Pastoral Development: Our annual pastor's conference equipped over 100 pastors with valuable resources and encouragement. Lay Leader Training: 21 church lay-leaders were trained to effectively serve within their congregations. Orphan Care: 47 children found loving care and support in our orphanages. Education: 341 children like Ratika received quality education, providing a brighter future for the next generation. India Projects: - A new restroom building was constructed for our school in India. - 2 new classrooms were built, and construction has begun on 6 more. Child Sponsorship Impact: Forty-five child sponsored graduates gathered in Kathmandu and west Nepal to celebrate and provide updates. Over a third of them are attending college, and others are working at hotels, shops and restaurants. Economic Empowerment: We managed small business loans with 75 families like Priya’s, empowering them to become self-sufficient. These accomplishments are a testament to your unwavering support and partnership in the Gospel. Your generosity directly impacts lives and transforms communities. Check out this short highlight video, and please consider an end of the year gift by the end of December. Thank you for your continued prayers and financial support. We are grateful for the privilege of serving alongside you.

The school in Marocha, India, has over 150 children, and continues to grow. But this growth is not without its challenges, and recently the 20 year old restroom building became unusable. “The walls are breaking, the earth is sinking. It cannot be just repaired, but has to be demolished completely,” India Director Raja shared earlier this year. The school needs “a completely new construction for the toilets for the children. This is a [necessary] requirement because we have over 150 children and they don’t have toilets.” After providing two buses for the school last year, Big Joy Foundation agreed to provide a second grant to ServLife International to rebuild the restroom building. In a matter of months, the old building was demolished and a new restroom building was constructed. “It is so nice, and it is so beautiful now and children are especially very happy to use this facility over here,” Raja shares. “We teach our children how to be clean and physically fit. So for that reason we also provide them monthly hygiene materials like tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, and other necessary things. So we are glad that we have a nice and clean and hygienic restroom.” The new restroom building has improved daily life for the students and staff. “Now all the children, they can use the hygiene and clean lifestyle.” https://lnkd.in/eWhwvcMy

Priya is raising her son and daughter in a remote village in west Nepal. Her husband, unable to find local work, has been in Malaysia the last year working as a carpenter. His work doesn’t cover all his family’s expenses, so Priya needs to work too. “I went to a sewing training and sewed in India for a while,” Priya shares. “A year ago I received a loan to buy a sewing machine and started this shop. I like sewing and I am skilled at it. I enjoy running this shop.” Read the blog and watch the video here: https://lnkd.in/gcKGYwps
