Today we had our 2024 Recognition Call – Celebrating those Top Performers from last year. First off I am VERY proud of  Daniel Schibi for personally ending # 7 in the Nation on our internal SB but MOST importantly his location ending # 1 in the Nation with a perfect SB for the entire 2024 year and proving what WAS possible. And now to share my most humbling moment, earning the Regional Director of the Year for the 3rd Year in a row. I could not be more proud than to be part of a group of Leaders that are #RELENTLESS with an unrivaled passion to be the BEST they can be and create a culture of urgency and winning on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I so APPRECIATE each of YOU!! He is currently serving the RC Family as Vice President of Learning & Development, and each day, he gets to share 30 + years of learning, development, and training experience, providing ongoing opportunities for personal and professional growth to all team members. Ultimately, Kurt is a servant leader at heart, believing in the always-learning mindset that there is always something new to learn, even in the most unlikely of places. Every day is a new opportunity, and everyone is capable of learning. Sometimes, it takes someone else to help us see the next right thing. Kurt’s focus is to facilitate opportunity; it’s up to the learner to figure out the best path forward. When asked what gives him energy and purpose, he shares, “Simple, I love what I do.
