Yubaraj Sharma, P.E., has over 17 years of experience leading organizations within the T&D, renewable energy, and energy storage sectors. He is a licensed professional engineer with an MBA in strategic leadership and has built his career leading large-scale energy projects and developing strategic solutions for grid reliability and decarbonization. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Services, Solutions, and Delivery at Stem, where he architected transformative services strategies and led the expansion of the company’s services and solutions business, focusing on energy storage systems and renewable energy. Prior to that, Yubaraj held leadership and engineering roles at Vistra, Oncor, and Entergy, leading some of the most dynamic engineering and project organizations. His expertise includes renewable energy, energy storage, grid interconnection and planning, transmission protection and reliability, performance engineering and analytics, procurement strategy, and managing large portfolios of T&D and renewable assets. He has successfully executed billions of dollars of T&D projects as well as several gigawatts of renewable energy and energy storage projects.
