🍏🥫 The best way to celebrate the holiday season is by giving back – something REV’s Houston Office recently demonstrated with their volunteer day at the Houston Food Bank. The Houston Food Bank has been serving Houston and southeast Texas since 1982 and their mission is to provide food for better lives. Our team was able to prepare 15 pallets for distribution, equivalent to over 11,000 meals! We are so proud of all of our employees who volunteered their time for this great cause. #CommunitySupport #MakingADifference

REV’s Joel Harrington was recently featured in an RTO Insider LLC article from a panel discussion on the need for market structures in Maryland to attract and develop transmission-connected energy storage. With nearly 1.6 gigawatts of energy storage sitting in the PJM Queue slated for Maryland that can help alleviate high-capacity prices, check out REV’s recommendations for how to get this important resource online: https://lnkd.in/e5PZ3yiT #transmission #energystorage

This Veterans Day, REV salutes all of the brave men and women who have served our country. We are honored to employ many exceptional veterans at REV, including Ryan Mahon and Aaron Wellendorf. Ryan, a U.S. Air Force veteran, serves as the Site Manager for our Diablo Energy Storage facility in California. Aaron is our Director of Renewable Design and served in the Navy for over 11 years. Renewable energy is a great career path for veterans that allows them to use the teamwork and leadership skills they developed during their time in the military. Today we are proud to celebrate all of our employee veterans - thank you for your service! #VeteransDay #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergyTransition #ThanksForYourService

Last week Sandeep Arora and Renae Steichen represented REV at the 2024 California ISO Stakeholder Symposium in Sacramento, CA. It was a great opportunity to connect with ISO staff and stakeholders to discuss the importance of a strong energy market and #transmission in a state leading the way in the #energytransition. One thing is clear: flexible #batterystorage resources are crucial for maintaining grid reliability! #ISOSympo2024

🥫🍎 This month, several of REV’s Development and Asset Management staff volunteered to sort and prepare bags of produce at the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. This amazing organization serves 400,000 people each month, and we are happy to have the opportunity to give back to the community where our Diablo Energy Storage facility and Walnut Creek office are located. We look forward to volunteering again!
