That's a wrap on Food & Wine Classic in Aspen! Last weekend, Resy and American Express came together as presenting sponsors, joining chefs, restaurateurs, winery partners, and hospitality leaders from across the country. Resy presented panels and special dining experiences like a Thai BBQ-inspired welcome party with Philly’s Kalaya and Brooklyn’s Kru, followed by a scenic Mediterranean feast by Mandolin Aegean Bistro paired with wines from Brewer-Clifton and Williams Selyem Winery. The weekend was capped with an Italian-Korean dinner by Anju and Mt. Rubirosa Ristorante at the base of Aspen Mountain. A big thanks to Food & Wine and the many restaurant and wine partners who helped bring these experiences to life. We’ll see you next year, Aspen. 

Monday’s 2026 James Beard Awards® was Resy’s first as presenting partner, and from red carpet arrivals to incredible on-stage moments, it was a night for the books! The very best part... celebrating the people and restaurants shaping the future of dining. Resy CEO Pablo Rivero said it best: “We have such admiration for everyone in this room. What you create goes far beyond a meal. You exemplify hospitality. You build gathering places.
