Throughout May, our team got the chance to connect with university students across Germany, Italy, and Austria, and showcase how we’re shaping the future of technology. From career fairs in Duisburg, Palermo, Graz, and Messina to a festival in Dresden with around 900 engineering students, our team shared hands-on demos, introduced global career opportunities, and offered a glimpse into what it’s like to work at Renesas. We recently welcomed 228 new graduates and young professionals into the Renesas community. These new employees came together from across Japan to our Musashi site for a welcome ceremony where they got the chance to connect with their peers while learning more about Renesas.
