I really don't know what to post on LinkedIn today. Ok, then do this: Look at your LinkedIn data or use Professional Profile Analytics and check which have been your 3 ... * your most effective posts * your viral posts * your posts with the highest engagement rate If they are older than two months, take them and put them into this ChatGPT prompt: "Rewrite the attached LinkedIn posts. Write a more attractive hook. Change the order of my arguments. Write it more polite [or aggressive] way. [old post]" Do some small changes to your image / video / infographic. Republish it. Done. Takes less than 8 minutes. I don't know what to post on LinkedIn. Stop overthinking your posting! When you don't know what to post on LinkedIn, you are doing it wrong! Here are two simple tricks: 1) Engage actively with other people on LinkedIn. This is about reading the posts of other people. And writing meaningful comments. 🚀 If you do this everyday with 5-10 posts, there will be at least 3 ideas you can write about LinkedIn. Feel free to use this simple post template: "XYZ triggered these thought in me. I believe this is the way to go. ... What do you think?". 2) Reflect on your life and business activities daily. Once per day, sit down for 10 minutes. 3 minutes, focus on your breath and calm down. Now reflect what you have done in the last 24 hours and what worked well and what didn't work well. 🚀 If you do this everyday, you will find 5 success stories and 5 challenges. At least 3 of them can be used for LinkedIn posts: Feel free to use this simple post idea: "Today I was shouting on an employee, this was such a great relief. But is it really a good idea? I don't think so, and I am sorry for that." 8 months of daily LinkedIn posts. I am changing the game now. The last 8 months, I had been super active on LinkedIn. 🔥 At least one post per day!🔥 I had been very busy the last two weeks - which is great. Due to my workload, I consciously decided to reduce time on LinkedIn. What happened: * Engagement reduced by 27% 😒 * Impressions are reducing by 22% 😒 * Follower growth is still stable, I assume it will go down as well. I took some time to reflect on that and on my goals, and I did a deep dive into my data (thanks Professional Profile Analytics). 1) I am building a SaaS startup on LinkedIn - I aim to keep on growing!✅ 2) I am an authentic and high-performance coach - I don't want to spend every day 2-3 hours for LinkedIn! ✅ Here is my new strategy: * 4-5 high quality posts on data leadership per week * Daily (6 days per week) engagement work for 30-45 minutes * Analyzing my numbers and what works and what doesn't work once per week. I had a data idea some months ago. Today, it is a startup and part of the top #irish startups. It started in July 2024 with an inspiration by Matt Gray In October 2024 I started collecting data and some coding with R and Professional Profile Analytics was born. In November, friends and colleagues told me that they want to have these reports as well. In February 2025 we reached the first big milestone with 100 clients. Today, we announced to be part of one of the biggest startup accelerators in Europe 🎉 🥂 Happy to join the NDRC pre-accelerator and to work with amazing mentors and other startups. Thanks to my co-founder and partner Miriam Schmidberger for this amazing journey and looking forward to the next milestone.

Stop posting several times per day. I tested it and it is a waste of energy! You publish your post. 10 min later you read a great post from a friend and you repost this one. Don't do it. Impressionen and Engagement for your own post will be low. You publish your post. 2 h later after a great discussion you have another idea to share on LinkedIn. Don't do it. Schedule it for tomorrow. LinkedIn algorithm and community is trained for maximum one post per day. LinkedIn is not Facebook or TikTok. Yes, there are some top content creators who post several times per day.
