We invest and actively support pre-seed and seed founders in Southern Europe. Shaping a better tomorrow together.

About us

We’re the VC we would’ve liked to find when we were starting out ourselves: more than just an investment fund. We’re true partners, providing the support that founders need from day one. We’re a team of highly experienced professionals in crucial areas like talent, capital search, or growth strategy, and we have an extensive community of useful connections to tap into. We support entrepreneurs in the earliest stages of their projects, specializing in three key areas we believe have the potential to transform society: health and nutrition, finance and property, and the future of work and productivity. We have a global mindset, aiming for projects to be international from day one.

Open source keeps proving its value, and even OpenAI is starting to acknowledge it. Sam Altman just admitted they’ve been “on the wrong side of history” after DeepSeek released open-source models that rival the best in the industry. With Meta’s Llama and now DeepSeek pushing the boundaries, it’s clear that real innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. My first experience with open source was during my time at ng-voice where I saw how much it helped our product and, the value our team gave back to the telco community through their contributions. This helped us move fast and iterate towards better solutions for our clients. The best products aren’t built in a vacuum—they’re the result of collective effort, iteration, and community. Open source isn’t just an alternative. It’s the foundation of many things that work in tech today, and we at Plus Partners want to see more of this in Southern Europe!
