We recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our clients, Stewart & Jasper, a farm-to-table almond producer located in the San Joaquin Valley. Meet our Director of Support and Implementation, Ryan Stephenson! Ryan has 7+ years of experience helping businesses grow, as well as extensive experience with software related to products, inventory, and order fulfillment. He is passionate about helping businesses run smoothly by using his expertise in organization to streamline processes and ensure efficiency. 

In his free time, Ryan loves teaching and training jiu jitsu, studying languages, and going on international trips with his wife, experiencing new and interesting cultures. Ryan lives in a small lake town in north Idaho called Coeur d’Alene.

Some of you may be wondering why all the waterfall photos for a consulting group that helps business better manage their inventory and processes! It is the symbol of what our business is built on: getting companies to their “Peak Flow!” A functional, highly efficient business operates much like a waterfall. With a waterfall there is a river that leads into the waterfall, which flows into a lake at the bottom. In a business the river at the top represents the businesses processes, the waterfall represents the software, and the lake at the bottom represents the company’s accounting. All of the companies processes should be evaluated in that way and not segmented. Without strong operational processes, the software falters, and accounting becomes unreliable, but when everything is aligned with good operational processes, businesses achieve their “Peak Flow” and move steadily toward success!
