𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: the PAYER-Lux 'Super Razor' is launched. ✨ The development of Eduard Payer’s first men’s razor began as early as 1951. Drawing on technological advances in the post-war era and his extensive experience, he 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟵𝟱𝟲. This marked the beginning of a legendary journey that would lay the foundation for many further technological innovations in the years that followed. The 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥-𝗟𝘂𝘅 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱, was already being sold in 1956. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄! As part of the cross-border 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗧-𝗦𝗜 '𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀+', the Maribor Chamber of Commerce, LFI Styria and ABV have spent the last 30 months improving apprenticeship recruitment and training in the metal and electrical industries. Through numerous focus groups, workshops, and training sessions, technology companies, schools, and institutions from Styria and Slovenia were able to jointly develop and improve many aspects. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 also actively participated in the project. The successful completion of the project was recently celebrated with the project partners at 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗶 𝗱.𝗼.𝗼. 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗸𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, with Susanne Bramauer representing PAYER. 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 🌍 At 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥, equality has always been an integral part of our corporate culture. In light of the planned introduction of the 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁, we have therefore already started to further raise awareness among our employees. Recently, we hosted a workshop at our 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 to initiate an open and constructive dialogue around pay transparency and equality. The session provided insights into 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, helping to build a shared understanding of the importance of this topic. Through 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀, participants had the opportunity to reflect, exchange perspectives, and actively engage with the topic on a practical level. At 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥, we believe that transparency, dialogue, and awareness are key to fostering a 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. Last week, we had the pleasure of 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 to our headquarters in Styria. Moments like these remind us that 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.
