CELEBRATING Shirley D. Coletti, Operation PAR's Founder, and her Legacy of Leadership. We recently held an event to dedicate a space that will reflect her pillars of leadership and how they impacted the agency. Jim Miller, CEO, presented the artist rendition of the wall that will detail the three pillars; Women in Leadership, Research-Based Storytelling and Community Engagement. We also placed a brick in Shirley’s honor in our Recovery Garden at the Largo Campus, a place of healing and renewal for those we serve. It was a fitting tribute to a leader whose impact will forever be woven into the heart of Operation PAR.
