Please join us in congratulating #NAWCTSD's Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of FY25, Chase Couture. “My division oversees services contracts that maintain fielded training systems for years following their delivery. The work of this division has an immediate, measurable impact on training readiness on a day-to-day basis; any delays or lapses in service are a risk to the fleet, so everyone must remain vigilant to provide essential consistency.” - Chase Couture, Contract Specialist

Please join us in congratulating #NAWCTSD's most recent Civilian Service Commendation Medal (CSCM) recipients Misty Hammond-Mathison, Michael Lothrop, James Scharer and Armando Davila! The CSCM is the fourth highest civilian award in the Navy. The award recognizes the performance of an individual who exceeds expectations of their grade or specialty, and achieved above the degree of excellence that can be appropriately reflected in a performance evaluation. The performance is evaluated at the equivalent level of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) reposted this
Yesterday Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) held our monthly awards ceremony after colors. What a good problem to have....there are too many awardees/photos to post here - that is how great the workforce is here (and we are always hiring)! I would like to call out a couple in particular though.... First is LT Donald "DJ" Williams. This was his end of tour/career award. DJ has been great to work with and I'm glad to hear he plans on finding a job and sticking around the #TeamOrlando ecosystem - a very valuable retention/addition that folks should be fighting to hire! Next was a coin recognition for our #NAWCTSD #IITSEC volunteers. It takes an incredible amount and caliber of people to put on that conference each year (in addition to their day jobs) - and this past Navy-led year was the Best IITSEC Ever! Great job team!
