Social media provides a helpful medium for young people to express themselves and find a source of community and belonging. However, studies show that adolescents who spend more than three hours a day on social media face double the risk of mental health problems, including symptoms of depression and anxiety. By teaming up with EVERFI, we aim to safeguard youth against mental health threats, providing them tools for resilience.
